We analyze web traffic information: IP addresses,
browsers, and number of clicks to generally track users
movement, analyze trends to gather broad demographic
information for marketing purposes.
PROMOTIONS AND NEWSLETTERS
With your permission, we periodically send out
notifications of new items or special promotions. Every
communication includes the option to unsubscribe from
our mailing lists.

We may periodically change this privacy policy to meet
new or changing requirements and improve security
measures.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Allure NYC, LLC will provide design and database
development for your project. Allure is in no manner
responsible for earnings and or losses from these
sites/applications.
Allure will offer technical support which is subject to
additional fees; Allure is not responsible for technical
errors made on self admin portions of your site.
Deposits are non refundable once development commences.
Estimate are based on the specifications listed in
documents supplied for each project; any scope creep
will affect the price of the project. The estimate is
valid for 14 days after issuance and is a one time
design/programming and setup fee; and as such the site
will be released only upon receipt of the final payment.
Any monies 15 days past due are subject to late fees. To
ensure adhesion to the project development schedule,
client agrees to deliver content and edits by dates
specified; failure to do so can delay the completion of
the project.
Hosting is renewable yearly by client. Hosting fees not
paid within 30 days of the date of Launch each year will
subject your site hosting to termination. A Fee will be
issued for reactivation and upload of files.
Domain Names and Security Certificates are renewable by
client yearly and are the sole responsibility of the
client. Allure NYC is not responsible for domain and
certificate termination. There will be a fee to
reactivate the domain and certificates.
